At Gamified, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

General Policy
Due to the nature of trading card games, collectibles, and sealed products, all sales are considered final unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligible Returns
Returns or exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The customer received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged during delivery
- The item has a major manufacturing defect
- The product is incomplete or missing components upon arrival
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened trading card products
- Products with broken factory seal
- Booster packs, booster boxes, ETBs, tins, or mystery products once opened
- Graded cards
- Singles cards purchased individually
- Clearance, discounted, or promotional items
- Custom-made products or special orders
- Change-of-mind purchases
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must remain unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, accessories, and seals must be intact
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided
Gamified reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our side.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Exchange Policy
If a replacement item is available, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Store credit
- Exchange for another item of equal value
Order Cancellation
- Orders may only be canceled before shipment confirmation.
- Pre-orders and special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed with suppliers.
Lost Packages
Gamified is not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier companies after shipment confirmation. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping issues.
Fraud Prevention
For the safety of both customers and the business:
- We reserve the right to refuse suspicious transactions
- Orders flagged for fraud verification may experience delays or cancellation
