Delivery Options Overview

WoodMart offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Exchange or Return of Goods

1. Eligible Returns:

  • We accept returns exclusively for items that arrive damaged. We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

2. Damage Notification:

  • To initiate a return for a damaged item, you must notify us within 3 days from the delivery date. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and supporting photographs.

3. Return Instructions:

  • Upon receiving your damage report, we will issue return instructions. You are required to return the item in its original condition and packaging.

4. Return Window:

  • The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving our return instructions. Items returned outside this window may not be accepted.

5. Refund Issuance:

  • Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund processing time is usually within 5-7 business days.

6. Shipping Costs:

  • We cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items. If the item is not damaged or if return procedures are not followed, shipping costs may not be refunded.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days, and Overnight shipping delivers the next business day. 4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. During checkout, you can choose your country from the shipping options. International shipping times and costs vary by destination and may be subject to customs fees or import duties.

5. What should I do if my order is delayed or missing?

If your order is delayed or if you believe it is missing, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We will assist you in locating your package and resolving any issues. Note that we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.
